Transmission House

We are aware of a loss of connectivity to the building. We are working with our Fibre Provider to investigate the outage. More updates to follow shortly.

  • Services remain stable following restoration. After a significant period of monitoring services are no longer considered at risk. We have requested a reason for the outage from the third-party provider and will ensure that all steps are taken to mitigate any further issues. Incident Closed

  • We are watching services restore across the site. Services remain at risk until we receive confirmation of a fix from the third-party

  • We are yet to receive a further update from our Third party on this issue. We have requested a further update to be provided to us ASAP and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage. As soon as we have a further update to provide this will be added to this incident.

  • Third-Party Provider update;

    An engineer has been allocated and is currently on route. The engineers ETA to the location is 30mins, traffic depending.

    Our next update will follow after the engineer completes initial investigations.

  • Third-Party Provider Update;

    The engineer has completed testing and identified a potential issue in the external fibre network.

    We are arranging further investigation by our on-call fibre engineer. Our next update will follow once we have confirmed ETA to the fault location.

  • Third Party Provider update; The latest update from our engineer he was on the way to the exchange to carry out further testing.

    We are awaiting confirmation of test results and next steps. We will provide further guidance as soon as we have more information.

  • Third-party provider update; Our engineer is on-site investigating the issue. Our next update will follow once the fault has been rectified.

  • Third Party Provider update; The allocated engineer is expected on site in the next 10 minutes.

  • Third Party Provider update; An engineer has been allocated. We are now awaiting confirmation of ETA to your site.

  • Third party provider update; An engineer's visit has been raised, our next update will follow once an engineer has been allocated.

  • Our third-party backhaul provider has now been in touch to advise that they are unable to find a fault at the data centre end of the circuit so will need to attend the complex to investigate this issue further. Updates to follow on their ETA to site.

  • We are still awaiting an update from our third-party backhaul provider for the complex. We have been informed that this has been sent out to a fibre engineer to attend their data centre but we have not yet been provided an ETA on this. We continue to push for updates on this and will provide them as and when we receive them

  • Our third party fibre provider has identified a potential issue at their local data centre. A team of engineers has been dispatched to the site to conduct a thorough investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Next update from them is expected in 1 hour. We will provide an update shortly after this.

  • Engineers believe all equipment is working as expected and that the fault is with the fibre to the property. This is now being investigated. Next update expected in 30 minutes.

  • Engineers have arrived on site and are investigating. Next update expected in 15 minutes

  • We have been made aware of electrical works within the building. We are waiting for confirmation from building management.

  • We have dispatched engineers to the building to confirm the equipment. Arrival appox 11.45
