Core Network Upgrades Maintenance Window - 2309012

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Core Network, impacting the services of all customers.

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

North Lincolnshire North Lincs - Barton

We have started to receive notifications of slow speeds within the Barton area of North Lincs. Our engineering team is currently investigating it. We apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Our suppliers confirmed the link was restored at 11.18pm. I Apologise for the inconvenience.

  • Our supplier has dispatched engineers to the location of the issue. We are awaiting confirmation of repair times. Internet services are still working via alternative routes.

  • Our engineers are investigating multiple fiber breaks between North Lincolnshire and London. Traffic is flowing over backup links causing high congestion. The team is working with the supplier at present to restore full services as quickly as possible.
