All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.
Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

Power has been lost to our cabinet in North Thoresby. Services are currently running off of Backup UPS. Engineers are en route to the cabinet with a generator to take over should the power not be restored promptly. However, services are considered at high risk at this time. More updates to follow.
Northern Power Grids Generator remains active and services remain off of our generator. We will remain on standby however services are now considered to be at mild risk levels due to our UPS batteries now being recharged
Northern Power has restored the power via a generator to the transformer. We have moved our information back over to the mains and removed our generator, however, we will continue to monitor.
Northern Power Grid have now revised their estimated fix time and this has been now been pushed to 19:30hrs. We are currently awaiting a further update. We are still operating at risk and services are still being powered by generators at this time.

We are still in communication with Northern Power Grid the estimated fix time has been pushed and awaiting a further update. They have confirmed they have had extensive damage to the transformer servicing the area. We are still operating at risk. Services are still being powered by generator.
No updated Restoration Estimate since the initial incident report. Our engineers remain on-site at the street cabinet and services continue to be withheld by generator therefore remaining at risk.
Restoration Estimate from Northern Power Grid: 9:15 PM - 18 Jul'22
Power has now been switched to the generator with no reported loss of service at present. Service is however still considered at high risk as we continue to run off of the generator until mains power is restored.
