Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Network, impacting services to some of our customers in Liverpool

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

North Lincolnshire Power Outage

A power incident has tripped a piece of equipment which has just been restarted. Services impacted should see restoration after a few minutes.

  • Services now no longer considered at risk. Incident Closed

  • We are still continuing to operate our services at risk;

    Our team is monitoring power; and fuel levels throughout.

  • Due to a local substation fire our main building in Lincolnshire lost full power. This was isolated by the emergency services. Due to the nature of this also tripped surged our automatic transfer switch system for safety. Our team have now restored power using Alternative Power Generators to enable service to continue. The on-site team are working with the fire services to implement a safe return to electrical services at this time. Services still remain at risk, however our team will remain on-site throughout the ensure service is maintained.
