Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during the window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should be restored following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.
All impacted customers have been contacted via email.

We are investigating reports of a loss of service in areas of North Lincolnshire and South Lincolnshire. Updates to follow
Incident Closed. Services are no longer considered at risk as the circuits have now been removed entirely from operation. We will then work to phase them back into the Network following completion of the Maintenance
Services have been restored across all impacted sites.
We have been in contact with Virgin Media, the provider of the two redundant impacted circuits, and they have informed us that the outage was due to planned maintenance works. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any planned outages beforehand.
We will now follow the relevant processes with Virgin Media to investigate why we were not notified in advance. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Services remain at risk at this time as we have been informed that the estimated completion time is 06:00.
Services are restoring across all remaining affected areas. We are watching restoration very closely and services remain at risk until a reason for outage is established
Services have been restored to the Affected areas in North Lincolnshire by our Network Operations Team. Unfortunately, Customers in North Thoresby (DN36 ) are still without service at this time. Updates to follow on service restoration to North Thoresby. We will also provide updates as and when we have them from our third party backhaul provider.
The issue has been identified as multiple backhaul failure. We are working with our third-party providers to resolve the faults as soon as possible. In the meantime or Network Operations team are working to reroute traffic via alternative routes where this is possible. Updates to follow
