Engineers will be completing essential shared Maintenance on our Network impacting services to customers in Lincolnshire

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

North Thoresby

Reports of an Outage In North Thoresby, Engineers have been dispatched to the Village. Updates to follow

  • Service is restored and the equipment has been replaced

  • We have identified the issue as being a faulty core router which is a vital element within the network. We have dispatched a replacement along with additional resources from our North Lincolnshire Warehouse with an ETA of 45 mins to arrive at site. Configuration of the new router will then commence to get everyone up and running

  • Onsite investigations have commenced

  • Engineers are ETA 15 Minutes to the North Thoresby Exchange to begin investigation into the route cause of the issue
