All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.
Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

We are currently investigating an outage across the Manchester area. This appears to be a hardware failure at the local data centre. This is currently being investigated and a further update will be provided shortly
Investigating reports of connected no internet error.
Openreach have now marked the Fibre fault as resolved. The issue was caused by a faulty cable inside the BT exchange. Our Network Team will monitor services as they restore.
We have received a further update from Openreach to advise that they are continuing to investigate the Fibre fault. A further update is expected at 12:30pm.
Openreach engineers are now on site at their exchange.

Preliminary tests with on-site operative indicate Openreach Fibre fault. Fault being raised with Openreach.
Residents in the Printing Press building are currently experiencing connectivity issues. This is being investigated by our Network Operations Team and a further update is expected shortly.
