Urbansleep - Hardman House

We are currently investigating connectivity issues affecting a small number of residents in the Hardman House building. Our network team are actively working on this with more updates to follow.

  • Services have been restored if you are still experiencing issues please contact our customer service team

  • Engineers are still working on replacing the equipment

  • Engineers have arrived on site and notified us they have begun testing the faulty equipment

  • Engineers are ETA 10 minutes to site

  • Issues have been traced to a faulty connection to one of the network switches in the building. Engineers are ETA 2 hours to site with replacement equipment

    Manchester - MANOC 4 Manchester

    We are seeing multiple circuits currently down. Our team is investigating the cause and working to restore service as soon as possible.

  • Services have been restored. Engineers remain on-site completing testing. We regret services have been impacted and appreciate your patience while we diagnosed and continued to work to fully resolve the issue.

  • Engineers in London have reported 'no fault found on site'. Engineers have just arrived at the Manchester site and are completing identification checks to access the data centre. Access to the fibre location is expected in the next few minutes. Inspection of equipment will then commence. We expect another update in 30 minutes.

  • The engineering team estimated their arrival to Manchester data centre location as 10.45am. More information will be available soon after their arrival

  • Our fibre provider has dispatched engineers to investigate a fibre location within the Manchester Area.

  • We are working with our Fibre provider to restore service at present. There is a fiber incident with groundworks affecting our services. We will report more information as it becomes available.
