Marshchapel Street Cabinet Power Loss

Our cabinet in marsh chapel has lost power, and as a result, services are currently running off of battery backup. Services are considered at high risk at this time.

    Copperas House

    We are aware of an issue affecting a subset of users within the Copperas House accommodation. We are working with our connectivity partners to increase the capacity provided to this location. However, for reasons beyond our control, this order has been delayed. We awaiting a new date from the supplier for the work to be completed.

    We request that you refrain from running multiple speed tests at this location during this time as it places additional strain on the infrastructure, exacerbating the issue.

  • We have been offered an earlier date by our partners of Tuesday 24th of January and accepted. Works have now been rescheduled to this date. Customers affected will be contacted by email with more information on this shortly.

  • We have been notified of a new date from our partners of Wednesday 25th January. Emails are to be sent shortly to customers that are in the affected areas.

    Planned Works

    We are writing to notify you in advance that maintenance is scheduled to be completed on our national network. The works will unfortunately result in full loss of service. The works are scheduled to be completed overnight to minimise the amount of disruption to affected properties.

    Works will be undertaken from 11:00pm on Monday 9th January 2023 until 6:00am on Tuesday 10th January 2023.

    If access to the internet is critical between these times, we do hope that our prior notice will enable you to make alternative arrangements.

    We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service. Unfortunately, the works are not being completed by ourselves and are essential works required on the wider telecommunications network in your area.
