Core Network Upgrades Maintenance Window - 2309012

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Core Network, impacting the services of all customers.

Date - 02/12/2025 23:00 - 03/12/2025 06:00

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

North Lincs - Marshchapel Power Outage

We have received notification from our Marshchapel cabinet monitoring software that the equipment has lost power. The cabinet has automatically tripped over to Battery Backup and we have dispatched a team with the generator to take over. Services are considered at high risk.

  • Power Restored, please allow for potential downtime whilst the cabinet changes back to mains power. If you still have issues with your internet connection we advise powering off all of your equipment, waiting 30 seconds and powering it back on again. If you have any issues following the power cycling of the equipment please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
