North Lincs - Marshchapel Power Outage Wednesday 21st December 2022 13:23:00

We have received notification from our Marshchapel cabinet monitoring software that the equipment has lost power. The cabinet has automatically tripped over to Battery Backup and we have dispatched a team with the generator to take over. Services are considered at high risk.

Power Restored, please allow for potential downtime whilst the cabinet changes back to mains power. If you still have issues with your internet connection we advise powering off all of your equipment, waiting 30 seconds and powering it back on again. If you have any issues following the power cycling of the equipment please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
