We have been made aware of an unplanned power cut currently affecting our street furniture in North Thoresby and Marshchapel

Statement from Northern Power Grid:

The power cut affecting your cabinet has been caused by an unexpected problem with the cables or equipment that serve your area

  • Services have now been reinstated for 11 HOURS with close monitoring. Anyone still having issues please contact our customer experience team.

  • Latest Reason from North Power Grid for Power loss:

    We've had to switch off the power for safety purposes whilst our engineers work on the cables and equipment that serves your area. We appreciate your patience and understanding

    24 customers are currently without service in this building. A piece of equipment is not responding as it should and we are unable to resolve this remotely. Engineers have been dispatched to the site. The current estimated time of arrival is 8pm.
