Fibre outage - Engineers are investigating
Our engineers have managed to restore service using an alternative location and power source
The power board have updated to say they will not be on site until 3pm at the earliest
We are sending an enginner to site to see if it is possible for us to power the equipment from an alternative source to restore service as the time frame of power restoration is currently unknown. Engineer ETA to site 20 minutes
A power outage at the Turnstile building on site is the cause of the issue. Electricians have review the issue and now await a response from the power board. As this is outside of our control we currently do not have an estimated time of resolve at the moment
