Wolstenholme / Norfolk House

We have been alerted to a localised power issue at one of our connection points. Engineers are currently investigating

  • Services fully restored closing status.

  • We can confirm resolution of this. Our engineers identified a loose cable which dislodged as they were securing the equipment.

  • Our engineers are still on-site as a second outage has occurred. They are now re-investigating this.

  • Our engineers have now restored service across the affected sites. We are still investigating the root cause of the failure and monitor the network at present.

  • Our Openreach service has now been restored, however we are experiencing issues with hardware since the repair. Our engineers are working on this and will update again shortly.

  • Our engineers have arrived on-site and awaiting the arrival of the Openreach. We anticipate an engineer in approx 30mins. at 19:30

  • We have dispatched engineers to site with an approximate arrival time of 18:30. More updates to follow shortly.

  • We have identified an issue with the Fibre service providing the building. We have raised this with Openreach and awaiting an estimated fix time.

  • We are working with building management at present to restore services.
