Liverpool Queensland Place Accomodation Liverpool

We have been made aware that electrical works are currently taking place on site as part of safety certification testing.

As part of this process, power to certain areas of the building is being temporarily isolated and tested. When power is removed from core network equipment within the building, WiFi and internet services will be impacted until power is restored.

These interruptions are linked to the building’s electrical testing rather than a fault on the network itself.

We will continue to monitor the situation and services should resume automatically once power is fully reinstated. If you experience any ongoing issues after works are complete, please let us know.

  • OFNL FTTP OFNL Network Wide Maintenance

    Per our notification email on the 19th Feb 2026; OFNL have planned outages this evening affecting all ISPs.

    383561: MAINTENANCE AFFECTING SERVICES
    Last updated:(25 Feb 2026 08:40hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: All locations.. There is essential maintenance taking place between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00 Thursday 26/02/2026.This is a core network upgrade and any service may see a short interruption to service.

    Please do not reset your equipment during this period.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

  • Following a substantial period of monitoring this incident has been cleared. We have seen stable services since approximately 3am. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these works

  • We’ve seen majority of services restore; if your service is now not working we suggest a power cycle of your equipment to restore service;

    Do not press the reset button on your router as this will cause your modem to lose its configuration.

  • OFNL ports have now gone down;

    OFNL - National Service Outage

    We are currently receiving high levels of reports of issues from our OFNL Customers across the nation. At this time, OFNL haven't declared a Maintenance incident however we are raising this with them. Updates to follow

  • OFNL have confirmed that their Network Wide Maintenance in the early hours of tomorrow morning, the 26/02/2026, with the InternetTY Maintenance reference of OFNLITYNW002 is going ahead as planned. Following a substantial period of monitoring, we are closing this incident as OFNL's network has seemingly stabilised. We will, of course, reopen this incident should we receive any further reports of service drops. We apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused by this outage.

  • OFNL have acknowledged the outage earlier today as below:

    "We are aware of a network incident that occurred between 13:00 and 14:00 on 25/02/2026. Our incident response team is working alongside our specialist third party network support partners to investigate the issue and determine the root cause.

    We are actively monitoring the network for any further issues.

    Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused."

    OFNL have since closed this incident however we will continue to push for more information on this and also confirm if tonights planned works will be taking place as planned.

  • We are still seeing stable services across our OFNL Connections and have reduced status from "Performance Issues" to operational. This incident does, however, remain open with the latest update from the OFNL Incident being the following:

    Update (25 Feb 2026 14:58hrs) We have escalated this incident internally and assembled an incident response team that is actively investigating the issue.

    We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

  • Update from OFNL's Status page:

    385661: INCIDENT AFFECTING INTERNET SERVICES
    Last updated:(25 Feb 2026 14:13hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Multiple locations. We have a network incident across multiple areas affecting internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 16:00.

    Our management team are in touch with the OFNL Wholesale team to establish the reason for this outage to keep our customers informed. At this time, we are seeing a large proportion of sessions online and operational at this time. Update to follow

  • We are seeing that a large proportion of sessions have been restored. We are currently in communication with OFNL to establish the route cause of the outage. Update to follow

  • We have confirmed with our fellow OFNL Suppliers that this issue is within the OFNL Network and that these issues are being seen widespread across the nation. We are awaiting an update on the incident cause from OFNL and will provide updates as and when we have them from OFNL
