Per our notification email on the 19th Feb 2026; OFNL have planned outages this evening affecting all ISPs.

Please do not reset your equipment during this period.

Following a substantial period of monitoring this incident has been cleared. We have seen stable services since approximately 3am. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these works

We’ve seen majority of services restore; if your service is now not working we suggest a power cycle of your equipment to restore service;

Do not press the reset button on your router as this will cause your modem to lose its configuration.
