OFNL Description of Works:

OFNL are working to upgrade our Core Routers to provide increased capacity for ISP connections in Telehouse West. As part of this work, OFNL will be performing a change to our Core Router chassis in Telehouse West (THW).

All impacted customers have been notified by email and provided with further information in relation to the works. We will be using this incident to provide updates to our customers and ensure close monitoring of our network so that we can restore services as quickly as possible following completion of the works at their end.

North Lincolnshire Low Villages - North Lincolnshire

We have been made aware of a damaged fibre optic cable servicing South Ferriby, Horkstow, Saxby, Bonby and Worlaby. Emergency repair work is taking place between 12am and 8am 23/09 to prevent an uncontrolled outage.

    OFNL has made us aware of an outage within their network, affecting PO15 & SO30 customers.

    Last updated:(23 Sep 2025 07:50hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Southampton PO15 SO30. We have a network incident in Southampton affecting internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 09:50.

  • Update (23 Sep 2025 11:08hrs) This incident was closed on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 at 11:08hrs. Update (23 Sep 2025 11:08hrs) Work to restore service was completed at 10:47 on 23/09/2025. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

    Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.
