OFNL has made us aware of an outage within their network, affecting PO15 & SO30 customers.

Last updated:(23 Sep 2025 07:50hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Southampton PO15 SO30. We have a network incident in Southampton affecting internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 09:50.

Update (23 Sep 2025 11:08hrs) This incident was closed on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 at 11:08hrs. Update (23 Sep 2025 11:08hrs) Work to restore service was completed at 10:47 on 23/09/2025. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

We are continuing to work with the third-party network provider.

We are talking to the third party, and they are working on a fix.
