All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

Services are currently impacted at this site by what we believe to be a core router power failure. Engineers are on route to site to investigate

  • Issue marked as resolved after satisfactory period of monitoring

  • Services should now be restored. Please do not press the reset button on your equipment at any time. If your services are still impacted please switch the mains power off to your router. Wait no less than 10 seconds then restore the mains power. If your services do not restore after 3/4 minutes then please contact our customer service team for further help and support.

  • Engineers are just arranging access with building management
