Services are currently impacted at this site by what we believe to be a core router power failure. Engineers are on route to site to investigate

Services should now be restored. Please do not press the reset button on your equipment at any time. If your services are still impacted please switch the mains power off to your router. Wait no less than 10 seconds then restore the mains power. If your services do not restore after 3/4 minutes then please contact our customer service team for further help and support.
