Planned Works - Authentication Systems

We are applying an upgrade to our authentication systems between 12.30 am and 4am on the 23rd of November. We advise customers not to reboot their routers during this time as they will fail to re-authenticate on the network. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Our engineers have completed the upgrade as required.

    If your router session is showing offline please reboot your router and retry connecting to your service.
