Liverpool Network Maintenance Window - 2309011

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Network, impacting services to some of our customers in Liverpool

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

Services will be offline in North Lincolnshire this evening between 12am and 1am to make a small change to our cooling system.

  • We apologise for the downtime caused this evening, our engineers have now successfully changed the cooling element in our core router servicing North Lincolnshire.

    North Lincolnshire North Lincolnshire Power Outage

    We have been informed by Northern Power Grid (Incident Number: PPC045134) That our exchange will have no mains power between 9am and 4.30pm today (12/06). Our engineers are preparing to move our requirements to generator for the duration of the works. Services in North Lincolnshire should be considered at risk during this time.

  • Northern Power Grid have confirmed that power has now been fully restored and no outages are expected. Our engineers have now switched the load back to the mains electricity. We have returned our generators to standby incase of any immediate issues.

  • Our critical services load has now been moved over to generator. Our engineers are standing by to ensure that all services remain running while on generator.
