OFNL Description of Works:

OFNL are working to upgrade our Core Routers to provide increased capacity for ISP connections in Telehouse West. As part of this work, OFNL will be performing a change to our Core Router chassis in Telehouse West (THW).

All impacted customers have been notified by email and provided with further information in relation to the works. We will be using this incident to provide updates to our customers and ensure close monitoring of our network so that we can restore services as quickly as possible following completion of the works at their end.

Liverpool Vine Street Apartments

We are aware of an outage to Vine Street Apartments. We are currently investigating this with a third party carrier. We will provide an update once more information becomes available.

  • The issue has been identified as faulty equipment. Equipment has been replaced and service is now restored.

  • Engineers have arrived on site and are now investigating to find the source of the outage

  • Engineers have been dispatched to site to investigate on going issue. Estimated time to arrival on site - 2 hours.
