We are aware of an outage to Vine Street Apartments. We are currently investigating this with a third party carrier. We will provide an update once more information becomes available.
The issue has been identified as faulty equipment. Equipment has been replaced and service is now restored.
Engineers have arrived on site and are now investigating to find the source of the outage
Engineers have been dispatched to site to investigate on going issue. Estimated time to arrival on site - 2 hours.
