Our monitoring systems identified an issue with a Peering connection in on London Facility. Traffic via this route failed. Our engineers have disabled the faulty port while we investigate.
Our engineers re-introduced the faulty link at 6am this morning. Service has been restored to normal.
Our engineers have identified the faulty peer within the network. We have disabled the direct connection to this peer and network usage has returned to normal.
