Liverpool Brunswick Park - Ratcliffe / Oregan

Our monitoring platform has identified an issue relating to the power within the building. We have contacted building management and are awaiting someone to attend. Next update expected 2:30pm

  • Building Management restored power at 14:40. We have entered into discussions about the un-stable power within the building with a view to a permanent resolution.

    Network Flap - North West

    Our network team have received reports of network drop outs in the North West. Our Engineers have identified the source of the issue and are currently implementing a fix. More information to follow.

  • Our network monitoring team is now monitoring the network to ensure stability. an Reason For Outage report will be posted in the next coming days providing the fault reason.

  • Our network management team have now implemented the fix. During the diagnostics our team have identified an issue with the software on one of the core devices. We will be scheduling an emergency maintenance window to make the changes required.
