Core Network Routing Maintenance Window - 2309014

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Core Network, impacting the services of all customers.

Maintenance Reference: 2309014

Date - 24/08/2026 23:00 - 25/08/2026 06:00

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

Liverpool Wolstenholme Square Block B

Our network monitoring has identified an outage to switching equipment affecting approx 24 users in the Wolstenholme Block B complex.

Our engineers are investigating with building management at this time.

  • Our engineers have now been able to restore connectivity to the affected apartments. We have raised a case with the building management to prevent the delays in future should any further issues occur.

  • Our engineers are still trying to overcome the access issue; We are still working with building management to resolve this.

  • Our engineers are currently on-site trying to resolve the issue, however there is an issue with access to the required area. They are working with the building management to resolve this issue.

  • We are continuing to work with building management at present, our engineers are on-route and we are trying to arrange access to restore service.

  • We are now working with building management to diagnose the issue. We hope to have an update shortly.

    (Liverpool) - Princeton Place Outage

    Our network monitoring has identified an outage to the Princeton Place complex. Our engineers are currently investigating.

  • The issue was related to a power outage in the communications room on-site. Our engineers were unable to gain access until 8:30am.

    Services were restored at 8:33am.
