Our network monitoring has identified an outage to switching equipment affecting approx 24 users in the Wolstenholme Block B complex.

Our engineers are investigating with building management at this time.

Our engineers have now been able to restore connectivity to the affected apartments. We have raised a case with the building management to prevent the delays in future should any further issues occur.

Our engineers are still trying to overcome the access issue; We are still working with building management to resolve this.

Our engineers are currently on-site trying to resolve the issue, however there is an issue with access to the required area. They are working with the building management to resolve this issue.

We are continuing to work with building management at present, our engineers are on-route and we are trying to arrange access to restore service.

We are now working with building management to diagnose the issue. We hope to have an update shortly.
