All services have been restored to the affected areas. The outage was caused by Optic Failure on a fibre connection of a Major NNI to one of our third-party backhaul providers. Engineers within the affected London Datacentre attended and replaced the Optic and restored services. We apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused and expect no further interruptions to services.
