All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

Liverpool Parliament Place

Our monitoring has detected a full loss of service to the Parliament Place Site. Updates to follow

  • Openreach has marked this fault as resolved. Incident Closed

  • Services have remained restored and stable since 2025-04-10 09:18:11 , we continue to consider services at risk until Openreach clears the fault in its entirety. Updates to follow

  • KCI 4 - Service Management : Openreach engineers advise: They are currently investigating the fault The next update will be at approximately 14.00.

  • Engineers have been allocated. Estimated Time of Arrival: 11.15 The next update will be at approximately 12.15

  • KCI 1 - Fault Accepted by Openreach We have received your fault. We will now complete diagnostics. Please stand by for next steps.

  • Access to the necessary equipment has now been obtained and the fault has been confirmed on site.

    The issue is currently being managed by Openreach, and we are awaiting further updates from the local Openreach engineer regarding the next steps for resolution.

    We will continue to monitor progress closely and provide you with any updates as soon as we receive them.

  • Unfortunately, our engineers have been unable to gain access to the required equipment to investigate or resolve the reason for outage at this time. We’re currently working with the relevant parties to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    We completely understand how frustrating delays can be, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have access confirmed and a revised plan in place.

  • We continue to await on-site checks from Building Management. Until this is completed, we cannot proceed with clearing this fault. We will provide an update once these have been carried out as requested

  • We are still awaiting on-site checks at Parliament Place. Updates to follow

  • We are currently working with Building Management to validate power to our equipment in the building as well as complete further onsite checks. We have arranged for building management to attend with an estimated ETA of approximately 19:15. We will provide a further update once they have arrived at site and carried out initial checks
