Manchester Transmission House

We are investigating reports of a full loss of service to customers in Manchester Transmission House. Updates to follow

  • Services have remained stable since restoration. Following investigations, our Network Operations team have found the drop to be linked to our backhaul to the site. We have contacted our backhaul provider and asked them to investigate the reason for the outage. No further outages to service are expected. Incident Closed

  • Services are restoring to affected customers. Services remain at risk whilst a reason for the outage is established

    Power Outage - Saxby

    We are aware of a power outage within the North Lincolnshire Area.

    Our cabinet is Saxby is now running on Battery Power which could affect users in Saxby, Horkstow, South Ferriby, Bonby, Worlaby

  • Mains Power has restored and services are restored; We ask that you reboot your router if you are currently without service. If your service is then still affected don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer care team.

    Customer Services Direct Debit Payment Processing Issues

    We are currently experiencing issues processing Direct Debit payments for some customer accounts. Our billing team are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, payment statuses may differ from their correct value within our billing portal. We are working hard to rectify these issues. If you have any concerns about your payment please do not hesitate to reach out for this to be reviewed
