Description Of Works:
Network Operations Engineers will use the first window to prepare critical infrastructure ready for our field engineers to make essential changes within the second window.
Works are required as a part of our efforts to improve Network Resilience in the area.
Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

As power companies across the country report that storm damage is straining resources and creating unsafe conditions that hinder mitigation efforts, we are deeming all services currently at risk.
Prolonged power outages may exceed the reasonable duration supported by battery backup service level agreements, impacting service reliability.

Services have been restored to all affected customers in Stone, Staffordshire. We continue to monitor services closely and services remain at high risk of failure for all areas
Services remain affected in Stone Staffordshire. The latest update from National grid is as follows:
"Active Power Cut Incident: INCD-34952-p
We are aware of the power cut affecting the ST15 area. The incident was raised at 5:23pm this evening and our engineers are working to get the power returned as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.
There are currently 718 properties off supply
Reason for outage: There is currently a fault on our overhead network. Your supply may go off and on while we work hard to resolve this."
Services in Lincolnshire are currently considered at high risk of failure. We are ready to respond where possible to reduce outage times should services be impacted.
Statement from Northern Power Grid:
"Storm Darragh is impacting our network.
The strong wind and heavy rain is impacting our ability to safely assess the extent of the damage and restore power, meaning we are currently unable to provide estimated restoration times."
