All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

Major Google Incident

Google Services have just had a major incident as noted at https://downdetector.co.uk/

This is affecting multiple service providers and content hosted and accessed via Google. We are awaiting more information at this time.

  • The issues appear to have subsided and have remained stable for around 1 hour. We continue to watch our Interconnections with Google very closely and await an RFO from Google. We no longer consider Google Services at risk. Incident Closed.

    Lincolnshire North Thoresby - Power Issues

    We are currently aware that there is a power cut affecting properties within North Thoresby; Our cabinets are currently running on battery backup. We are monitoring the situation and will despatch engineers If power is not restored by 6pm.
