Our monitoring systems have indicated that Power has been restored and the equipment is back online. Anyone still having issues should contact customer support.
Following investigations into the equipment, it is reported that the remote end equipment has had a total electrical power cut. We have contacted building management in Norfolk House who have informed us of planned power maintenance which we were not aware of. Internet services in this area will be impacted until power is restored. We are awaiting updates on the progress of this Maintenance.
