Manchester

We are currently investigating an outage across the Manchester area. This appears to be a hardware failure at the local data centre. This is currently being investigated and a further update will be provided shortly

  • Issue resolved 19th April.

  • We are continuing to monitor services.

  • Equipment failure identified. Faulty PSU replaced. Services are restoring. Services considered very much at risk whilst we investigate further.

    Liverpool LIverpool - Baltic and Norfolk Street Areas

    Investigating reports of connected no internet error.

  • Openreach have now marked the Fibre fault as resolved. The issue was caused by a faulty cable inside the BT exchange. Our Network Team will monitor services as they restore.

  • We have received a further update from Openreach to advise that they are continuing to investigate the Fibre fault. A further update is expected at 12:30pm.

  • Openreach engineers are now on site at their exchange.

  • Openreach Engineers have been allocated. We are awaiting further updates by 11am

  • Openreach has confirmed the fault. We are now awaiting engineer allocation with an update at 10am.

  • Preliminary tests with on-site operative indicate Openreach Fibre fault. Fault being raised with Openreach.

    Manchester Manchester - Printing Press

    Residents in the Printing Press building are currently experiencing connectivity issues. This is being investigated by our Network Operations Team and a further update is expected shortly.

  • Service has now been restored. We will continue to monitor for a short time.

  • The Fibre provider has now dispatched an engineer to site. The next update is anticipated at 14:40.

  • We await the fibre provider update as a fibre fault has been detected. We expect an update within 60 minutes.

    Liverpool Liverpool

    A fiber break has been detected on the Jamaica Street area of Liverpool. We are working with our suppliers to restore services.

  • We have been monitoring services since 2pm restoration time and no further issues have been identified.

  • Our fibre provider has confirmed they have restored services to the broken fibre in the street. We will monitor services closely over the next few hours.

  • We are awaiting an update from the provider who has been chased. Next update due at 13.30

  • Our fibre provider is working to restore services. They require extra resources to access the fault location as it is believed to be in the carriageway. We are expecting the next update at 1pm.

  • Our suppliers engineers have arrived and are performing diagnostics at present. We are waiting confirmation of next steps.

  • Our engineers have arrived. We are awaiting our supplier to arrive on site due to traffic. We anticipate another update at approx 11.20

  • We have had confirmation of resource assignment and an engineer should arrive to the location at approx 10.45

  • We are awaiting an engineer allocation by Openreach We have been advised that we should have an update at 9.30am.
