All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

Liverpool Baltic Studios, L1 - Disrupted Connectivity

We are currently receiving reports of disrupted connectivity in Baltic Studios, Liverpool. This is currently being investigated by our Network Operations Team.

  • Service has been fully restored to the building.

  • Power has now been restored to our equipment and services should now be back online. We are currently monitoring connectivity in the building.

  • Engineers have now been dispatched to site. Eta 1 hour 45 minutes.

  • Our Network Operations Team have identified equipment in the building has gone offline. We are currently liaising with onsite contacts to rule out any power issues in the building. We expect a further update very shortly.
