All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

Customers are advised not to reset their equipment during either window and to leave all equipment powered on. Services should restore following completion however if they do not customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance.

Marshchapel / North Thoresby Cabinet - Power Cut

Services are considered at risk at this time whilst our cabinet runs off of Battery Back up. Engineers are on route with a similar ETA to that of batteries going empty and having to change over to a generator. We are hoping for a seamless transition however you may see a period of downtime during the change.

  • Services gradually restoring across both sites, mains power is still off and services considered at High Risk

  • Power is now off to our cabinet and efforts to restore have begun, Engineers are on site. This is now affecting both North Thoresby and Marshchapel services.
