Incident Start Time: 04/07/2022 15:07:23 Indicator: ALARM Description: The Openreach network fibre is down. Status: Open Sub Status: New End: Other RCA Code: NET_FIBRE_FAIL SNEID: 21331534

  • All services are reinstated, anyone still off service is advised to contact our customer experience team. Service Is still considered at risk due to ongoing Openreach works.

  • Services appear to be restoring and circuits online, we are closely monitoring all connections at this time.

  • Openreach has found the cut fibre responsible for the outage and are repairing this now.

  • Openreach update - There looks to be an issue affecting multiple circuits in the area. Further updates will follow as and when they are known.

  • Our engineers are on site and have completed testing on our equipment with no fault found. Openreach has dispatched engineers with a current ETA of 7pm

  • We are waiting for an ETA from Openreach to attend site to inspect and repair the fault. We have despatched our engineers to site also.

  • We have been notified of an Openreach fibre failure. We are currently investigating with Openreach the nature of this failure and requesting ETA on repair

    North Lincolnshire Ulceby and Wootton, Services at Risk.

    There has been loss of mains power in Ulceby and Wootton North Lincolnshire. Services are now being maintained by alternative sources and are now considered at risk. Mains power is not expected to be restored until 20.15

    We have been made aware of an unplanned power cut currently affecting our street furniture in North Thoresby and Marshchapel

    The power cut affecting your cabinet has been caused by an unexpected problem with the cables or equipment that serve your area

  • Services have now been reinstated for 11 HOURS with close monitoring. Anyone still having issues please contact our customer experience team.

  • Latest Reason from North Power Grid for Power loss:

    We've had to switch off the power for safety purposes whilst our engineers work on the cables and equipment that serves your area. We appreciate your patience and understanding
