Our monitoring systems have identified a local power issue, power to the location appears to be restored however some equipment has not returned online. Our engineers are working with building management to restore services asap.

  • Our engineers have managed to locate a key for access and have restored services within the building. Customers should now have full access to services again.

  • On-site building management is currently unable to locate the keys required to access the communications room within the building. We are continuing to work with them to restore power to this room.
