Copperas House / The Exchange Student Accommodation

We are investigating reports of loss of service at Copperas House and the exchange student accommodation. Updates to follow

  • Update from SP Energy:

    We are hoping for a much faster resolution time.

  • The power issue has been identified as an issue relating to SP Energy.

  • The issue has been diagnosed as a loss of power to Network Equipment servicing these buildings. We are currently working with people on-site to find the route cause of the power issue. Updates to follow

    Manchester DDOS

    We are aware of a DDOS attack affecting the Manchester network. We are currently routing traffic to resolve this issue.

  • Our network team have managed to re-route the affected traffic and all services are flowing as normal.

    North Lincolnshire Planned Software Upgrade

    Planned software upgrades are being undertaken on our core routers connecting the rural villages within North Lincolnshire. This may cause an outage of up to 30minutes while each router is restarted.

  • The planned works have now been completed.

  • Works on the upgrade have now started. Services should resume shortly.
