We are aware of an issue relating to new connections not authorising correctly at Hardman House. Engineers are actively working on this with more updates to follow.

Engineers have now resolved issues and devices are back to authenticating correctly. If you are still having issues please contact Customer Service.

The nature of this issue means that devices cannot be authenticated to accounts to verify that they are allowed access. We would advise that anyone that still has functioning devices keep these devices connected to avoid losing authorisation. Any devices that are currently "Connected without internet" are unauthorised at this time. Network operations are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
