Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control (MBORC) Friday 17th June 2022 17:09:00


Due to large-scale national power outages, we believe due to high temperatures, all services are currently identified as 'at risk' . We are working hard to maintain services. Our MBROC status means we must dedicate resources to critical operations. This will impact on non-critical customer service cases and engineer response times. We apologise in advance.

Our MBORC has now been lifted and SLAs have been restored.

Villages within North Lincs & Lincolnshire mains power has now started to be restored.

Our team is still working hard to ensure critical services are maintained throughout providing communications to the best of our ability. We are keeping the MBORC process in force at this time to ensure resources are focused on maintaining services.
