Outage of Virgin Media Backhaul Services Tuesday 10th November 2020 11:05:00


We have been made aware of issues relating to some network issues relating to Virgin Media. Our team is now investigating this.

Virgin Media have confirmed this was resolved at 13:15. We have been monitoring this service throughout the day and have confirmed this has been resolved.

Virgin Media have made us aware of a Major Service Outage affecting services terminating in London. This has now been given a Priority 1 status. They believe the have identified the issue and we are due to receive and update at 13:30
