We are currently aware of an outage affecting the Manchester Local Crescent and Burlington Square. We believe this to be related to an Openreach Hardware Issue. Engineers are currently coordinating to restore service.

Services have been restored at Burlington Square. We are now monitoring the connection as devices reconnect and traffic returns

Engineers have arrived on site at Burlington Square and are awaiting access to the equipment on site.

Services at Manchester Local Crescent are restored. Burlington Square is still being investigated

Engineers are on site at Manchester Local Crescent and are just awaiting access to be granted to the equipment on site
