We are investigating what appears to be a break in a fibre affecting some areas in Barton. Customers reporting red connectivity lights on routers and a 'Connected no Internet' error message on devices

Our team are continuing to assess the damage which has been caused by another party. Customers continue to remain online. Our team is planning for replacement fibres to replace the damaged cables. Any customers with service issues should contact our customer care team on 0333 102 0000

Our engineers have managed to re-route the affected fibres via an alternative route while we continue to assess the damage caused to the cable. Any customers now without service should contact our customer care team on 0333 102 0000. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Our team are working to restore services as quickly as possible. Some customers should now be restored. Another update is expected shortly.

An alternative route has now been connected and we are now in the process of moving customers to this.
