Brunswick Park Liverpool (Princeton Place) Tuesday 18th August 2026 09:10:55

We are aware of an outage affecting internet services at Brunswick this morning.

Our network team has been carrying out remote diagnostics and recovery work, and engineers have also been dispatched to site. Unfortunately, access to the relevant plant/network area has been delayed while we work with the site team to gain entry.

Please leave your InternetTY equipment powered on and connected, and do not factory reset or disconnect any cabling unless instructed by our support team.

All services have now been restored.

We are continuing to work on the connection and therefore consider services to be at risk while this work is completed.

If you remain without service, please contact our Support Team on 0333 102 0000 so we can investigate your connection individually.

Thank you for your patience while we continue to work on site.

Our remote engineers have now also been able to restore service to all remaining areas. We are currently reviewing the reason for outage and will provide an update in due course. At this time field engineers remain en route to carry out on site checks

Our remote engineers have successfully restored services to Apartments 163 and above.

If your apartment is 163 or above and you are still without service, please contact our Support Team on 0333 102 0000 so we can investigate your connection individually.

Engineers are currently travelling to site and will be working to restore services to Apartments 1–162 as soon as they arrive.

We will continue to provide updates as work progresses.

Engineers have been dispatched and access to equipment on site organised. Engineers' arrival is expected within 2 hours. Next update to follow shortly afterwards
