Total Loss of Power to the street cabinet engineers are on site
Further update: mains power has been restored, backup batteries have now fully recharged, and the site has been thoroughly monitored to ensure stability.
With services remaining stable, this incident will now be considered resolved and closed.
Services are now fully restored for customers who still have power. Please note that we are currently operating on generator power, so services should be considered at risk until normal mains power is fully restored.
