All services have been restored. We saw some services reappearing from around 2026-04-22 15:45:55 onwards, and we are now back to normal session and traffic levels. Anyone still without service is advised to contact our support team as soon as possible via telephone on 0333 102 0000, Live Chat at InternetTY.uk or email team@internetty.uk. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise again for any inconvenience caused by today's outage. Our Third-Party Backhaul provider has advised us that their Engineers found a Transmode device showing an issue with an attenuator and patch cords on the fibre links for our circuits. They have applied a fix, and checks are underway. Whilst they are not currently anticipating a further interruption to services we will as always continue to monitor the Network and will reopen the incident should we see any further interruption to services or if we get any further updates.
