Following an investigation alongside our upstream partner, we identified an intermittent instability affecting the interconnect used for OFNL services.
This caused a brief disruption for a subset of customers routed via this path. The issue has now been stabilised, and services are operating normally.
We are continuing to work with our upstream provider to monitor the link and ensure ongoing stability.
