Work to restore service was completed at 15:03 on 09/03/2026. Customers should now find all services operating as expected. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.

Following a substantial period of monitoring, following these updates, our incident is now also closed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers as a result of today's OFNL outage. We will continue to monitor services as always and will reopen the incident should we see any further interruptions to services. We trust OFNL will take all steps necessary to mitigate future occurrences.
